A  Future Ahead

 for the Jobs of Tomorrow

Finding inspiration to prepare for future employment

In the current climate of artificial intelligence, technological changes are taking place at great speed so  we need to be forward thinking.

There will be many jobs of the future that do not exist today. Black young people  will need to be inspired, educated and trained so they can  access the opportunities these jobs will provide in years to come.

A Futuristic Point of View:
A message for our young people on careers

We are now in the  age of AI and Green Technology.

In order to be effective in your life choices you may want to consider the following points:

Be open to choosing careers that offer global mobility, this gives you the opportunity to work abroad as you can earn a good salary in many countries that are investing in future technologies.

It’s also a good idea to research into apprenticeships where you can be paid as you study. This way, you can complete your higher education course without incurring debts as this is paid by your employer.

Whatever your career path, be flexible as you are likely to be a 'life learner' particularly as technologies are progressing at such a rapid rate.

You are more likely now than ever before to change your career area over your life time, so ensure that you can be flexible in moving from one sector to another.

Most of all, try to be open to taking chances as part of making well informed decisions; be brave, open-minded and look out for new innovations that you can get involved in.

Remember: your contributions today can shape what will ensue tomorrow!
